Message Log

POCO's Message Log will show any messages or errors from the telescope pointing and tracking control software. Most messages are routine, and don't require any attention, but if there is an error the GUI will beep and appear if it had been minimized or closed. You may Suppress Message Window Popup by clicking on the Yes radio button in the top bar, but this is not recommended, because if POCO thinks a message should be seen it is something that likely affects your ability to acquire or track the target. The errors are more or less understandable to astronomers, but contact a telescope technician or support astronomer if you can not discern what the issue is.

If you close the Message Log Window, you may bring it back up by clicking on Functions - Message Log in the main POCO GUI.
