BULLETIN: New Precession & Pointing Program A new program has been written to do coordinate precession and CAT telescope pointing corrections. The new program uses exactly the same algorithms as the old autocat program on the PC, but runs on catpc with a GUI interface. The new program can read starlist files in the same format as the 3m telescope starlists. ACTIONS: To start the CAT precession and pointing program, type autocat or start it from the left mouse button pull-down menu.
