While manually moving at slew speed may at times be the appropriate choice, it is not recommended for routine use. For large moves, it is generally preferred to enter coordinates in the target panel on POCO's Main Window. East-West moves may be entered as a Right Ascension, or, if tracking is off, as an Hour Angle.

Smaller moves may also be made by entering new coordinates in the target panel, or by using either the Offset Telescope panel or the Virtual Joystick.
